Four Bedrooms / Three Bathrooms - Four bedrooms/Two Baths are located on the main level. The fifth bonus sleeping room and third bathroom are located on the ground level outside the main level of the house. The fifth bedroom and third bathroom are accessed from the outside. You have to walk outside, across the carport to access the third bathroom from the bonus sleeping room.
